Suprímanse las promotorías para el Desarrollo de la Acción Comunal de la Dirección General para el Desarrollo de la Acción Comunal y la Participación. La Dirección General para el Desarrollo de la Acción Comunal y la Participación, coordinará con las entidades territoriales la promoción de la acción comunal y de los demás mecanismos de participación ciudadana.
