Objeto. La presente Sección tiene como objeto definir los procedimientos de medición de las condiciones para acceder a los beneficios de subsidio a la tasa de interés de créditos educativos otorgados por el Icetex, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el inciso 1° del artículo 61 de la Ley 1753 de 2015.
