Art. 33. A los telegrafistas que no contesten dentro del término que lo haya señalado la Direccion las observaciones que les deduzca el Contador, les impondrá aquella tina multa hasta de cinco pesos, i si concedido un nuevo término tampoco dieren satisfaccion, se declarará de su cargo el valor de las glosas hechas.
