De los depósitos hechos por los importadores colombianos en el Banco de la República para el pago de la deuda comercial externa, éste entregará cada mes a la Tesorería General de la República, una suma igual al valor de los impuestos del 10 y 15% (Decreto 107 de 1957), liquidados al tipo de cambio promedio que los certificados hayan tenido en dicho mes.
