Para su registro en el Ministerio de Agricultura como beneficiarias de las líneas de crédito por Ley 21 de 1985, las Cooperativas de primero y segundo grado y las Asociaciones Gremiales de Productores Agrícolas, Pecuarios, de Pescadores, de Acuicultores, deben acreditar

Su existencia y representación legal;

El número de afiliados, el objeto social que desarrollan y área o zona de competencia.

Su situación patrimonial y financiera al 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior. El Ministerio de Agricultura, mediante resolución, establecerá la forma y oportunidad en que tales entidades deben registrarse, así como los medios de prueba conducentes para acreditar el cumplimiento de los requisitos anteriores.
