PROTECCION CONTRA LAS PLAGAS. Los establecimientos a que se refiere esta Sección, los equipos, las bebidas, alimentos y materias primas deben protegerse contra las plagas. Los plaguicidas y los sistemas de aplicación que se utilicen para el control de plagas en alimentos y bebidas cumplirán con la reglamentación que al efecto dicte el Ministerio de Salud. Las reglamentaciones sobre materias primas agrícolas se establecerán conjuntamente con el Ministerio de Agricultura.
