El Gobierno queda facultado para determinar los requisitos que deberán llenar las empresas privadas de transporte urbano colectivo para beneficiarse de los subsidios oficiales y de las importaciones, en los términos establecidos en el artículo o de la presente Ley, o de cualquier otro privilegio que se establezca en el futuro.
