Estructura. En los términos de los artículos 24 y 25 del Decreto extraordinario 3130 de 1968, corresponde al Consejo Directivo de la Corporación determinar la estructura de la entidad, así como las funciones de sus dependencias. Por tal fin, el Consejo Directivo deberá establecer las dependencias que considere más convenientes teniendo en cuenta las áreas de especialización que requiera el adecuado y oportuno cumplimiento de los objetivos y funciones de la Corporación.
