Art. 18. (transitorio). La mayor duración de la propiedad literaria aprovechara a los autores cuyo privilegio no hubiere caducado el día de la promulgación de esta ley, igualmente a los cesionarios que estuvieren en el mismo caso; pero no se les exime de la obligación del registro.
