º De las normas convencionales. De conformidad con los artículos 3º y 4º de la Ley 10 de 1990, las normas de carácter administrativo no son de obligatorio cumplimiento para las instituciones del subsector privado, pero pueden ser acogidas convencionalmente por éstas, en los supuestos previstos en los artículos 23 y 24 de la Ley 10 de 1990 y en el presente Decreto.
