Art. 32 El aforo se determinará por la Junta Superior de Hacienda, según las reglas siguientes : cuando la renta haya estado en arrendamiento, la base del remate será igual, por lo menos, al producto de éste en el último año. Cuando por estimarse muy alta esta base, no hubiere postura y se dispusiere nueva licitación, la Junta la fijará libremente.
