El auxilio al que se refiere la presente Ley será incluído de conformidad con la distribución hecha en el artículo anterior, en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la próxima vigencia fiscal, o en los de las sucesivas, y de no hacerse así; autorízase al Gobierno para hacer las traslaciones o abrir ios créditos presupuéstales necesarios para darle cumplimiento.
