En la organización de las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda, el Superintendente Bancario tendrá las mismas atribuciones que le confieren, con relación a los Bancos, los artículos 25 y siguientes de la Ley 45 de 1923. La Superintendencia Bancaria ejercerá la función de vigilancia que le asigna el artículo 13 del Decreto 678 de 1972, con las mismas facultades que le otorgan la Ley 45 de 1923 y disposiciones complementarias.
