Designación Del Liquidador

Decreto 2013 de 2012 · por el cual se suprime el Instituto de Seguros Sociales, ISS, se ordena su liquidación, y se dictan otras disposiciones

°. Designación del Liquidador . La liquidación del Instituto de Seguros Sociales en Liquidación será adelantada por Fiduciaria La Previsora S. A., quien deberá designar un apoderado general de la liquidación y la Unidad de Gestión que se requiera. Para el efecto, el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social suscribirá el respectivo contrato, con cargo a los recursos de la Entidad en liquidación.

Parágrafo

El cargo de Presidente del Instituto de Seguros Sociales quedará suprimido con la expedición del presente decreto.
