Todo Propietario O Tenedor De Vehículo De Carga Deberá Solicitar Una Nueva Tarjeta De Registro De Transporte De Carga En Los Siguientes Eventos: 1

Todo propietario o tenedor de vehículo de carga deberá solicitar una nueva tarjeta de registro de transporte de carga en los siguientes eventos

Pérdida, deterioro o hurto de la tarjeta.

Cambio de la propiedad del vehículo.

Cambio de la empresa a la cual se encuentra vinculado el vehículo.

Cambio de características del vehículo.

Parágrafo

El propietario o tenedor de vehículo de carga deberá informar mediante escrito dirigido al Ministerio de Transporte los casos de hurto o destrucción del vehículo, para registrar dichas novedades, anexando la respectiva denuncia.
