De la comunicación de la calificación. La calificación de servicios deberá ser comunicada personalmente por el calificador al calificado, quien deberá firmar el original y la copia. En caso de que el calificado se negare a firmar, el calificador dejará constancia de tal hecho en el original y la copia de la calificación y solicitará la presencia de un testigo, quien también firmará como prueba de lo anterior.
