La Dirección de Reclutamiento y Control Reservas del Ejército efectuará durante seis (6) meses, las convocatorias necesarias en todo el territorio nacional, para la definición de la situación militar de los ciudadanos remisos del servicio militar obligatorio mayores de 25 años.

Estos ciudadanos no pagarán cuota de compensación militar, solo pagarán el cinco (5%) por ciento del salario mínimo mensual legal vigente por concepto de laminación y expedición de la tarjeta militar.
