° Las partidas fijadas en el Decreto trescientos ochenta y seis (386) de 1917, para gasto. de alumbrando útiles de escritorio, talleres, torteéis, aseo e higiene y demás que sean necesarios para atender a .los diverso servicios de la guarnición de que trata este Decreto, podrán ser aumentadas por el Ministerio de Guerra hasta en un veinte por ciento así requiera.
