°. Se modifica el numeral 4 del artículo 2.6.11.1.17 del Título 11 del Libro 6 de la Parte 2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "4. El día 22 de marzo de 2011 entrarán en funcionamiento el Fondo Conservador, el Fondo de Mayor Riesgo y el Fondo Especial de Retiro Programado. Para efectos de lo dispuesto en los numerales 3 y 4 de este artículo, la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia impartirá las instrucciones sobre las condiciones y el procedimiento a seguir para la distribución de los títulos entre los diferentes tipos de fondos".
