Articulo 2° Para los efectos del articulo 90 del Código Fiscal, el Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio procederá a la mensura del terreno y al levantamiento del plano respectivo, Hecho esto, se dictará por el citado Ministerio la correspondiente resolución. que deberá ser publicada en el Diario Oficial, e inscrita en la respectiva Oficina de Registro de instrumentos públicos y privados, para que surta sus efectos legales.
