°. Suspensión por hechos no imputables a la entidad beneficiaria . Los rendimientos financieros que generen las regalías y compensaciones con ocasión de la suspensión ordenada por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía, por las recaudadoras o por otras autoridades, por hechos inimputables a las entidades beneficiarias se girarán únicamente a estas entidades.

Parágrafo

Las entidades recaudadoras deberán transferir los rendimientos financieros generados en este evento una vez se resuelva el caso objeto de suspensión
