Art. 1.° Autorízase al Poder Ejecntivo para prorogar, de acuerdo con el Gobierno del Estado soberano de Antioquia. la duracion de los plazos fijados en la leí 49 de 18 de junio de 1874, que aprueba el contrato celebrado entre dichos Gobiernos sobre administracion de la Casa de Moneda de Medellin, i para variar, en los términos que crea mas convenientes, la estipulacion relativa al establecimiento de Oficnas de apartado i Cámara de plomo.
