El Gobierno dictara las medidas necesarias para que en el curso del año entrante, y sin perjuicio de los demás caminos nacionales, se verifique la, reconstrucción del trayecto de la vía del Suroeste, comprendido entre el rio Quilace y el sitio denominado San Francisco, en el Departamento del Cauca.

Parágrafo

Asimismo, en término prudencial de tiempo, procederá el Gobierno a hacer colocar un puente en el paso llamado Dosrios, en el Valle del Patía, en el camino del Suroeste.
