Decreto 1697 de 1994 · por le cual se reglamenta el Servicio Postal

Contratación directa. La Administración Postal Nacional, prestará el servicio de correos nacional e internacional, a través de concesiones que le otorgará el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, mediante contratación directa.

Parágrafo

Mientras se celebre el respectivo contrato de concesión, y durante un período no mayor a dos (2) meses, contados a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, la Administración Postal Nacional continuará prestando el servicio de correos en las condiciones y términos vigentes a la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto.
