Los Centros de Atención en Drogadicción (CAD), y Servicios de Farmacodependencia y demás instituciones que presten servicios de atención integral a las personas con consumo, abuso o adicción a sustancias psicoactivas que incumplan las condiciones de habilitación y auditoría, se harán acreedores a la aplicación de las medidas y sanciones establecidas por la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud para tal efecto.
