ARTICULO 89. CONCURSOS CON UN SOLO ASPIRANTE O UN SOLO ASPIRANTE ADMITIDO. En los concursos en los cuales se inscriba un candidato, o sólo uno de los inscritos reúna los requisitos exigidos, deberá ampliarse el término de inscripción por un tiempo igual al inicialmente previsto. Si vencido el nuevo plazo no se presentaren más aspirantes, el concurso se realizará con la única persona admitida.
