PRESENTACIÓN Y REPORTE DE LA INFORMACIÓN Mediante el presente acto administrativo se establecen los requisitos mínimos para la presentación, a través del Sistema Integrado de Reportes Financieros (SIRFIN), de la información que deberán remitir las sociedades comerciales y sucursales de sociedades extranjeras que comercialicen sus productos o servicios en red o a través del mercadeo multinivel, junto con el documento adicional previsto en el numeral 1.3 de la presente circular.
