Art. 3.° Procuradores de los Estados i Fiscales o Ajentes del Ministerio público de los mismos, para los efectos de la presente lei, son los empleados que en aquellos llevan la voz fiscal en los asuntos civiles i criminales, segun la lejislacion de cada Estado, ante los Tribunales o Cortes Superiores i Jueces de primera intancia.
