Las entidades o establecimientos sujetos a inspección y vigilancia, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 28 de la presente Ley, que se opongan a ella o no presten la cooperación necesaria para la práctica de la misma, incurrirán en multa en cuantía de cuatro (4) a cuarenta (40) salarios mínimos mensuales, y en la suspensión de la licencia de funcionamiento por el término de tres (3) a doce (12) meses.
