Es obligatorio para los Departamentos en donde se establezcan carnicerías o packing-houses, nombrar un veterinario por lo menos, que examine las reses que se han de beneficiar en dichos establecimientos, con una remuneración que no podrá ser menor de doscientos pesos mensuales.
