El Director De La Seguridad Social Es Competente Para: 1

Decreto 1096 de 1991 · por el cual se asignan competencias a las dependencias del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.

º El Director de la Seguridad Social es competente para

Estudiar y aprobar los sistemas de afiliación de las entidades de previsión y seguridad social.

Resolver los recursos interpuestos contra las providencias proferidas por los directores regionales, respecto del permiso a la empresa como aseguradora de sus trabajadores.

Resolver los recursos interpuestos contra las providencias proferidas por los subdirectores del área de seguridad social y por los Directores Regionales en materia de Seguridad Social.

Las demás que les sean asignadas por ley, decreto o reglamento, o delegadas por el Ministro. SUBDIRECCION DE PRESTACIONES ECONOMICAS.
