º. Las personas, sociedades o empresas que efectúen sus aseguros en compañías no establecidas legalmente en Colombia, quedarán sujetas a una multa especial, del cincuenta por ciento (50%) del valor de la prima que, sobre el riesgo respectivo, les habría correspondido pagar en Colombia. Para los efectos del cobro de esta multa, el Superintendente Bancario procederá de oficio una vez que haya comprobado la veracidad del denuncio que para cada caso haya recibido.
