Facúltese al Gobierno Nacional para que en el término máximo de seis (6) meses contados a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, reglamente el formato, presentación y contenido del Comparendo Ambiental fijado por la misma y teniendo en cuenta su filosofía y alcance.
