ARTICULO 33. DEL PLIEGO DE CONDICIONES. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones preparará el pliego de condiciones para la adjudicación de la licitación para la prestación del servicio de telefonía móvil celular, con sujeción a lo establecido en el artículo 30 del Decreto-ley 222 de 1983 y normas que lo sustituyan modifiquen o adicionen, en especial la Ley 37 de 1993 y lo previsto en el presente Decreto.
