º Conciliación. Los funcionarios mencionados en el artículo 1º del Decreto 291 de 1957, conciliaran, de oficio, a petición de parte, del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, o de los Procuradores Agrarios, los conflictos que se susciten entre las personas mencionadas en el artículo 2º de este decreto.
