ARTICULO 21

Precedencia de los funcionarios consulares de una oficina consular.

La misión diplomática del Estado que envia o, a falta de tal misión en el Estado receptor, el jefe de la oficina consular, comunicará al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores del Estado receptor, o a la autoridad que éste designe, el orden de precedencia de los funcionarios de una oficina consular y cualquier modificación del mismo.
