Si el proyecto de Presupuestos, tal como se presente a la Cámara de Representantes, no se hubiere formulado de la manera exigida por esta Ley, será devuelto al Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, quien dentro de los ocho días siguientes al de su recibo, lo devolverá a la Cámara con las correcciones necesaria para que quede de acuerdo con la presente Ley
