Vigilancia y control. La Superintendencia Bancaria ejercerá el control y vigilancia de lo dispuesto en este decreto acerca de las cuentas de ahorro para la vivienda y los compromisos de cesantías para la vivienda, e impartirá instrucciones a las entidades vigiladas sobre su aplicación.
