Declarase sin efecto las incorporaciones hechas mediante Decreto número 383 de 18 de febrero de 1981 en la Planta de personal del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y transporte a los señores Antonio José Morales Vargas y Leopoldo Delgado R., por las razones dadas en el 2° considerando de este Decreto.
