Cuotas partes pensionales. Las cuotas partes pensionales serán pagadas por la Nación a través del Fondo de Pensiones Públicas del Nivel Nacional, Fopep, de conformidad con el mecanismo que se establezca para el efecto. El cobro de las cuotas partes pensionales estará a cargo del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, Incora en Liquidación o del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Social una vez asuma sus obligaciones.
