El Artículo 5° Del Decreto-Ley 848 De 1990, Quedará Así: “régimen Legal

° El artículo 5° del Decreto-ley 848 de 1990, quedará así: “Régimen Legal. Las empresas de vigilancia privada, para su constitución y funcionamiento quedan sujetas a las disposiciones contempladas en el Código de Comercio o en la legislación sobre cooperativas, y los trabajadores, al Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, al presente Decreto y demás disposiciones que regulen la vigilancia privada.

Parágrafo

Las cooperativas autorizadas quedan obligadas a prestar el servicio de vigilancia privada directamente por los asociados”.
