Transitorio . La Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), dentro del mes siguiente a la publicación de este decreto efectuará las adecuaciones procedimentales y técnicas que se requieran para dar cabal cumplimiento a las disposiciones aquí previstas.
