En caso de que personas naturales o jurídicas, por razón de predios o instalaciones no comprendidos .dentro de la zona de irrigación, solicitaren servicio de agua, y siempre que tal servicio fuere viable, a juicio de la Caja, ésta podrá convenir libremente con ellas las modalidades del servicio y las condiciones y demás características del reembolso, así como las tarifas correspondientes.
