A los miembros de la Junta Directiva del Instituto les son aplicables las prohibiciones contenidas en los artículos 4° y 6° del Decreto 1713 de 1960; deberán, por lo tanto, cumplir en su oportunidad con las prescripciones del artículo 9° del mismo Decreto.
