Las resoluciones definitivas sobre auxilios que dicte la Junta en cumplimiento del presente Decreto, necesitarán para su validez de la aprobación del Gobernador del Departamento de Antioquia, y podrán ser apeladas para ante el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, dentro de los diez días siguientes a su notificación.
