Decreto 2190 de 1990 · por medio del cual se aprueba el Acuerdo número 0011 del 5 de julio de 1990, emanado de la Junta Directiva Nacional de la Empresa Puertos de Colombia “Colpuertos” que fija una tarifa adicional a las embarcaciones que hacen tráfico internacional en el Puerto de Barranquilla, destinada específicamente a cubrir el servicio de la deuda del proyecto de construcción de un dique direccional y sus obras complementarias en el canal de acceso al Puerto de Barranquilla.
