º . La Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas Combustible, está integrada de la siguiente manera

Por el Ministro de Minas y Energía, quien la presidirá;

Por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público;

Por el Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación;

Por cinco (5) expertos de dedicación exclusiva nombrados por el Presidente de la República para períodos fijos de cuatro (4) años, no sometidos a las reglas de la Carrera Administrativa. El Superintendente de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios o su delegado asistirá a las reuniones con voz pero sin voto.
