° El patrimonio inicial de la citada Fundación, estará formado por los bienes muebles e inmuebles que han sido donados con destino a los damnificados de la explosión en referencia. De consiguiente, las entidades que tengan en su poder dichos bienes o saldos de los mismos, harán entrega de ellos a la "Fundación Ciudad de Cali".
