º. Las infracciones al presente Decreto serán sancionadas con multas hasta de diez mil pesos ($10.000, 00) y el decomiso de los elementos con que se pretendió hacer el fraude. Estas multas serán convertibles en arresto a razón de cuatro pesos ($4, 00) diarios. El arresto no podrá exceder en ningún caso de dos años.
