ARTICULO 44 . AMBITO FUNCIONAL . La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio continuará ejerciendo las funciones relacionadas con el cumplimiento de las normas sobre promoción de la competencia y prácticas comerciales restrictivas consagradas en la Ley 155 de 1959 y disposiciones complementarias, para lo cual podrá imponer las medidas correspondientes cuando se produzcan actos o acuerdos contrarios a la libre competencia o que constituyan abuso de la posición dominante.
